TEKO Aluminyum Sanayi A.Ş. was founded by Kadir Mamati in Istanbul, Topkapı in 1974. Our company had started its production activities with the industrial aluminium foil and expanded its product range especially with providing packing material for dairy and water sectors, specialized in the production of flexible packaging founded to that years. In 1996, we moved our machinery line which developed with various investments to our CORLU plant where we have still been operating, our growth rate is being accelerated in that time.
There are four Rotogravure Printing Machines, one Metal Offset printing press, totally five pieces of lacquering and laminating machines two of which can make double sided lacquering, one Co-Extrusion machine, six slitting and many dia cutters, also punch presses and screw machines in our production line for metal caps. By the effect of this machinery line, we offer a very large range of products. Reference to our production capacity in 2011, we have reached annually 2.100.000.000 pieces as pre-cut lids, 556.000.000 pieces of metal caps, 108.000.000 m2 printed packaging materials.In 2004, we incorporated BERCA Metal Kapak Sanayi A.Ş. that is the first firm of the sector and of us, in order to meet the increasing demands of the developing markets; we have become a strong and dashing company gathered under the roof of TEKO. We produce metal and metal plastic composited caps for the sectors of pharma, food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, beverage drinks under BERCA brand.
TEKO, with its experienced staff on their branches, is in a privileged position in the sector not only with its technological investments but also with the care it takes to the R & D activities. We produce carrying out the hygienic conditions stipulated by the food and pharma industry concerning with the packages, complies with the legal sanctions exactly and uses certificated raw materials. |
